100% Satisfaction Return PolicyPlease note that all returns must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Any items not in new condition will be subject to a restocking fee. A copy of your original invoice must accompany all returns. If you do not have the invoice we will search our records to locate a copy. If we cannot locate a copy of the invoice your return will be processed as an exchange only. Special order items and custom embroidered merchandise is not accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise purchased from a Star Line dealer must be processed through the dealer.
Star Line Exchange PolicyStar Line Products may be exchanged for other items but must comply with the above noted return policy. All shipping charges for exchanged items are the customer's responsibility. A new charge will be issued to your account for the replacement.
Factory Defective Items or Incorrect ShipmentsStar Line accepts return merchandise with factory defects for one year from the original invoice date.
